It's an afternoon of adventure at Leaders of the Next Generation's "Green Guardians" event at the Greenwich Audubon on Saturday, September 7 from 12-4 pm. Through stations featuring activities and games, children and their families will learn about migratory species and bring these lessons in sustainability home with them.

Your mission: As an animal expert, determine what is causing a disturbance in the migration pattern of animals across the world. Visitors must venture through the local Zoo (The Greenwich Audubon), exploring the animal exhibits (different stations) in order to solve this mystery.

Waste Free Greenwich is excited to join Leaders of the Next Generation, a student-run non-profit organization led by Sameera Madan and Jacklyn Pizzella. Visit our station at this free event to create butterflies and birds from recycled and repurposed materials.
